Our client, a leading company in Tarragona, has entrusted us with the selection of a:

ADMINISTRATIVE / RECEPTIONIST

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for an Administrative/Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to our managers, employees, clients and visitors, assisting in daily office needs and developing company's general administrative activities.

RESPONSIBITIES: reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager, this person will mainly be responsible for:

  • Call Handling and attending to visitors.
  • Control and maintenance of meeting rooms.
  • Support on relationship with members and clients: general info, day-by-day issues.
  • General maintenance of the office: contact to suppliers; request proposals; follow-up of tasks; control of related invoices.
  • General purchases (office materials, stationery, etc): contact to suppliers; request proposals; follow-up of tasks; control of related invoices.
  • Postage and couriers.
  • Handle archive.
  • Data entry and Purchase Orders of clients in SAP.
  • Assist the Staff on whichever administrative task is needed.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade Administrative.
  • High level of Computer skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Advanced)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position

IT WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Experience in international company.
  • Experience in logistics administration.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
